If I'm not learning, I must be dead.  The three major vehicles in my life are my Buddhist practice, CranioSacral Therapy and Bikram yoga - and of those my Buddhist practice is essential.  I am so grateful to have found the tools that are right for me in order to allow my potential to emerge and realize that I too have a mission, passion and absolute trust that each person has unlimited potential for happiness, health and wholeness.  None of us can do it alone because we are interconnected in every way.
